How does return shipping work?
1. Please contact us by email ( info@ciprobaits.com ) or by phone (+31 74 82 00 364).
2. The packaging must be undamaged.
3. Returning an item is possible up to 14 days after the purchase.
4. The shipping amount is for your own account, including the responsibility that the package is returned to us undamaged!

Exception
If there are defects or other things that are not in order, you can of course – after a short contact – always return your order. We will then of course take care of the shipping costs. You will immediately receive the complete order amount back or we can send a new item free of charge.
